Kerry Flynn Barrett

Kerry is an experienced HR consultant with a proven track record for strengthening organizations through strategic, pragmatic, and patient-centered/best in class HR practices. As registered nurse and a hands-on HR solutions expert, she has assisted organizations to develop their workforce to create a culture of high performance, accountability, patient and customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. With nearly 30 years leading human resources teams, Kerry has experienced, and found solutions for every imaginable HR issue.
